This information will not be sold on to third parties under any circumstances unless compelled by law.  However, upon successful verification and processing of your Paypal payment, we will strive to send your registration code(s) and invoice to you via email within 24 hours. Our policy is never to pass on any information that I receive from visitors to my site to other companies for marketing puposes and I abide within thelaw of the data protection policy.

An alternative bead from the same supplier and superb quality of similiar style or colour may be used.

No refunds will be given under normal circumstances, unless there is a manufacturing fault. However, if you feel you have an exceptional circumstance, please contact us and we’ll consider each request on its own merits.
